7 v 7 (1 Goalie and 6 Field Players) 

-        Games are 30 minute running time

-        Any game that ends up in a tie stand as a tie.

-        Standings are MLL rank by record W-L-T goal for (see the standings page on website)

-        3 poles allowed on the field

-        2 players must stay back in defense zone

-        No back court rule for the tournament

-        No checking into the nets, will result in ball being given back to offensive player

-        1 timeout per team (Must have possession, can be taken anywhere does not stop clock)

-        20 Seconds to clear over midfield line

-        Only water is allowed on the field

-        No Gum or Spitting on the field (please use the trash cans)
