Spring Girls Clinic

2015 Spring Clinic

Program provides coaches for instructional and small game settings for current and new lacrosse players to learn and hone fundamental lacrosse skills.

Girls Program- Each player receives a custom reversible tank top, must have a girl’s lacrosse stick, goggles, and mouth piece.

WeeLax Program- Each player receives a custom reversible tank top, equipment provided.

 

The weekly hour session will feature stick skills, conditioning and agilities.  Players learn proper throwing technique, dodges defensive positioning and footwork, while enhancing the skills they already possess.  This program is designed for beginners to Moderate level players and focuses on introduction and improvement.

 

Participants:

-       Learn lacrosse skills

-       Learn lacrosse terminology

-       Learn Team-building through fitness-inspired activities

-       Learn To move, stretch and build an active lifestyle together by learning fitness and sports fundamentals

-       Learn How to compete with increased self-confidence and a sense of always being included

-       Learn About the emphasis of teamwork and support of others

Day: Thursday's

Dates: March 19, 26, April 2, 9, 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28

Time: 3:40pm to 4:40pm

Who: Girls Grades 1-4 seperate programs,  WeeLax ages 4-6 Coed

Cost: $250 Clinics, $150 WeeLax

Outdoors - (Cleats, no metal spikes) Grass field at Filippello Park 109 Arlington Street, Watertown, MA

Indoors - (Sneakers only)  Armenian Cultural and Educational Center 47 Nichols Avenue Watertown, MA
