NorthEast Lacrosse Combine was established with the mission to provide players maximum visibility and contact with members of college staffs. Our event attracts top NCAA programs to Cape Cod so they can observe the skills, knowledge and athleticism of NELC participants.

Meet and Learn from Top Division 1, 2 and 3 College coaches in an exclusive setting. Coaches can observe the practice and skills sessions during the day followed by a Q and A classroom session, make new contacts, get inside tips and instruction.

We also have a team discount for you to pass along to any of your players who would be interested in participating in the combine. This is a great opportunity for area players to learn and get exposure to the college programs.

Rashad Devoe  is the head Men's Lacrosse coach at the Naval Academy Prep School (NAPS) and has over 22 years of coaching experience. Coach Devoe is the winningest coach in Beloit College History . Coach Devoe led his squad to a share of the 2017 Midwest Lacrosse Conference title and three straight MLC Tournament berths. He was also named the league’s Coach of the Year in 2017

Coach Devoe came to Beloit as the second head Men’s Lacrosse coach in the program’s history after two seasons as the assistant Lacrosse coach at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, where he helped lead the team to the NESCAC Quarterfinals in both of his seasons.

He was also a two-year assistant Lacrosse coach at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, helping the team to the SCAC Championship Game in 2013.

A 1996 graduate of the State University of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health, he also holds a Masters of Public Health from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania, earned in 2004.
