CroART Sports is proud to offer the NFL Flag Football Program to the Falmouth community for kids ages 4 to 15. 

The Spring Flag Football League starts May 11 and goes to June 15.

All games will be played on Friday Evenings 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at North Falmouth Elementary School.

Teams: COED teams will have 5 - 7 players

Format: 

HS Division (Pre K to K) - Format is 4 v 4

College Division (Grades K – 2) - Format is 5 v 5

Pro Division (Grades 3/4 – 5/6 - 7/8) - Format is 4 v 4

About NFL Flag: NFL FLAG is the premier youth flag football league for boys and girls ages 5-14. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.

Launched in 1996, the NFL FLAG Football program is designed to educate young people about football while emphasizing participation and sportsmanship. Players learn skills and lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field.

ACADEMY

The Cape Cod Football Academy is a no contact, no pads football program. The Academy is for boys and girls ages 7 to 12, led by CroART Sports coaching staff. The program provides one on one and group instruction for skilled positions, linemen, specialist and does not require any prior football experience. 

Our enthusiastic and experienced coaching staff bring cutting edge football skills and techniques to all our participants. Players are divided into positions/age/skill level appropriate groups. We maintain a moderate player-to-coach ratio for an optimal learning environment which emphasizes skills, technique and fun!

Full day participants will experience 7-on-7 Flag games each afternoon in jamboree format.

8:00 am to 12:00 pm - Half Day Cost: $200

** All players will receive training by: High school, College coaches, current and former professional and collegiate players, custom performance shirt, Academy player evaluation, opportunity to win prizes, Academy awards on the last day of the program.
