Emily Kiablick begins her 11th season as head women’s lacrosse coach at Wheaton College in 2018-19 after spending the previous six years as both the head women’s lacrosse and soccer coach at Roger Williams University. Last season, the Lyons advanced to the NEWMAC Quarterfinals where they hosted the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

In 2014, Kiablick guided the Lyons to their best season in program history since its NCAA Tournament run in 2004 as Wheaton went 14-7 overall, claimed New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Regular Season and Tournament titles and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. For her efforts, Kiablick, who led Wheaton to its second highest single season win total in program history, was named the NEWMAC Coach of the Year for the second time in her career.

In 2013, Wheaton produced an 11-7 overall record and perfect 6-0 mark in NEWMAC play en route to earning the No. 1 seed in the conference playoffs and its fourth regular season championship in program history. The Blue and White eventually bowed out in the NEWMAC Tournament semifinal round. Wheaton had five student-athletes claim NEWMAC All-Conference honors highlighted by Leila Mills' Player of the Year selection. Three student-athletes were also tabbed to the NEWMAC Academic All-Conference team, while Mills and Devon Soucier collected Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Association (IWLCA) Berkshire All-Region team accolades.

In 2012, the Lyons doubled their win total from a season ago posting a 14-6 mark overall and 4-2 record in the NEWMAC. Wheaton advanced to the NEWMAC Tournament semifinals for the second-straight season under Kiablick and won the ECAC Championship by a score of 20-5 over Smith College. Kiablick earned NEWMAC Coach of the Year honors for her efforts while she also guided five players to NEWMAC All-Conference accolades. Academically, six of the program's student-athletes were named to the NEWMAC All-Academic Team while the squad as a whole earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Team Academic honors. Hailey Colburn '12 also garnered CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-America honors becoming the sixth student-athlete in school history to earn such an academic distinction.

While at Roger Williams, Kiablick led the 2008 Hawks lacrosse team to a 14-5 mark, The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Championship game and an Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Semifinal contest. Kiablick garnered TCCC Coach of the Year honors on two occasions.

Kiablick – who also served as RWU’s events coordinator – was named the school’s first-ever women’s soccer head coach following the program’s inception in 2004. Three years later, the Hawks were playing in the ECAC Championship, and in 2008, Kiablick took the Hawks to their first NCAA Tournament.

During her time in Bristol, Kiablick founded, directed, and coached lacrosse and soccer camps. She was also one of four coaches featured in a Rhode Island Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) series called "Rhode Island's Amazing Women: Successful College Coaches" and provided subject material for an instructional book titled "Winning Lacrosse for Girls."

A 2001 graduate of Springfield College with a bachelor's degree in psychology, Kiablick spent a year as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Wesleyan before she attended graduate school at her alma mater. In 2003, she earned a master's degree in physical education with a concentration in athletic administration. As a graduate associate at Springfield, Kiablick assisted the lacrosse program for two seasons, helping lead the Pride to league regular season and tournament titles in 2002.

Kiablick was a four-year lacrosse and soccer student-athlete as an undergraduate at Springfield. A two-time lacrosse captain, she was selected to the IWLCA All-New England Second Team as a junior and was twice named to a NEWMAC All-Conference lacrosse team. Following her senior season, Kiablick was tabbed an ECAC All-Star. She was also a soccer captain for one year while playing in the New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association. In 2014, Kiablick was inducted into the Stoneleigh-Burnham School Athletic Hall of Fame. Most recently, Kiablick spoke at the New England Youth and High School Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Convention on the topic of organizing a great practice plan.

Meghan Griffin enters her second year as Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach and Athletics Communications Coordinator in 2018-2019. Griffin comes to Wheaton after spending four years as Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach and Director of Sports Information at Division III Wheelock College in Boston.

While at Wheelock, Griffin guided the Wildcats to four consecutive program-best seasons, finishing with a 10-7 overall record in 2017. The team advanced to three New England Collegiate Conference semifinal contests as well as a conference championship in 2015. The women’s lacrosse program under Griffin earned IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for three seasons, posting 3.59 and 3.54 team GPAs in 2016 and 2017, respectively.

Prior to Wheelock, the Billerica, Mass. native got her start in coaching on the sidelines at her alma mater, Bridgewater State University, spending three years as an assistant for the Bears. From 2011-2013, the Bears amassed a 46-13 record, earning three conference titles and three NCAA tournament appearances.

As a student-athlete at BSU, Meghan helped the Bears to three New England Women’s Lacrosse Alliance championships and a 2010 NCAA tournament bid. Following her senior season, she was selected as the New England Women’s Lacrosse Alliance Goalkeeper of the Year and was named to the All-NEWLA First Team. She finished her career as the program’s all-time victories leader and turned away a school-record 194 shots for the single-season standard.

Griffin is currently serving as a coach for the Laxachusetts Lacrosse Club and has previously worked for the Oliver Ames High School and New England Select Lacrosse League programs. 

Griffin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education from Bridgewater State University in 2011.
