Micro Clinics Basketball Training

Basketball Micro Clinics are a skill-based approach to athletics that delivers training in small, highly focused segments. It is the ideal way to get athletes back into training mode while minimizing potential for injury and fatigue. The three basic principles of micro Clinics are:

1.  Less is more

2. Deliver in small segments

3. Stimulate and engage the Athlete

What’s special about micro clinics?   As the name implies, micro clinics are quick and to the point 45 – 50 minutes.  Each session provides a focused approach to training and getting athletes back into participation mode. Sessions include quick change over, breaking down movements, interactions, short lessons, game situations and scenarios all in an individual setting.

Improve your skills in different areas of the game:  shooting, post moves, dribble moves, face ups, defense, conditioning, foot & hand speed, ball handling
