Our lacrosse focused after school enrichment program for Needham and Wellesley residents will run Wednesday's from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm starting Wednesday November 30.

Cost is $165 for 5 week program - Includes stick, tank top and coaches

Team-building through fitness-inspired activities

To move, stretch and build an active lifestyle together by learning fitness and sports fundamentals based on but not specific to lacrosse

How to compete with increased self-confidence and a sense of always being included

About the emphasis of teamwork and support of others, while incorporating anger management and anti-bullying techniques and lessons.
